§ 78. Mr. Pavittasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will introduce amending legislation to ensure that members of the General Medical Council who represent the views of junior hospital doctors do not lose their seats if the Registrar exercises his discretionary powers to erase their names from the Register.
