§ Mr. Peter Thomas:Precise and up-to-date information is not readily available but a great number of primary schools clearly lack modern facilities. For this reason I have given high priority to the replacement or improvement of pre-1903 primary schools, and expect to make available at least £24 million over the next five years specifically for this task.
