§ Mr. Sproatasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what representations he has received from the fishing industry regarding the proposed alterations at Aberdeen Harbour; and what reply he has sent.
§ Mr. Gordon Campbell:In reply to representations from the Aberdeen Fishing Industry Joint Committee and the White Fish Authority I have said that the question of priorities is for Aberdeen Harbour Board to decide but that as Fisheries Minister I am aware of the fisherman's concern about the need for adequate facilities and I am arranging for discussions between my Department and the harbour board.
