§ 28. Mr. Meacherasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if, in his next review, he will consider improving national insurance benefits for the long-term unemployed.
§ Mr. DeanThe level of unemployment benefit will be included in this year's review of pensions and benefits. As I have already informed the hon. Member in my reply to him on 22nd February, we see no need for other changes at present.—[Vol. 831, c.249.]
