§ Mr. Anthony RoyleWe are in touch wih the Irish authorities, who have not as yet made any funds available. We are given to understand that the donation may be used for charitable purposes for individuals in need in Northern Ireland. No decision on formal representations will be taken until the exact purposes for which the money is to be used, and the channels through which it is to be given, have been made clear.
