§ The Prime MinisterThe only representations to this effect of which I am aware were those made by the hon. Members for West Ham, North (Mr. Arthur Lewis) and Blyth (Mr. Milne). The problems of the coal industry are already receiving urgent consideration, and I see no reason to recommend the appointment of a Royal Commission.
