§ 48. Mr. George Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will use his powers under Section 104(3) of the Transport Act, 1968 to reschedule the city basin of the Regents Canal as a cruising waterway, in view of the regular use of the basin by the Islington Boat Club and others for leisure purposes.
