Mr. Winterton

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will publish the road casualty figures for the A536 in Cheshire for each of the past four years;

(2) if he will publish the road casualty figures for the A34 in Cheshire for each of the past four years.

Road casualty statistics for local areas, except where trunk roads are involved, are a matter for the local authority.
