§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will seek powers to ban the practice of journalists and broadcasting authorities arranging interviews with persons involved in cases of rail accidents and publishing statements which can be damaging to the persons concerned pending public inquiries.
