Mr. Ted Fletcherasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, in view of the principle that when investment grants have been claimed on plant and machinery at the development area rate and these assets are moved outside a development area within a period of three years, the Department seeks a repayment of the difference between the higher development area rate and the national rate, if he will state the number of firms who have been called upon to make a repayment in the last three years and the amount involved.
