Mr. Ted Fletcher

asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will list the names and remuneration of the directors of Rolls-Royce (1971) Limited.

The directors of Rolls-Royce (1971) Ltd. are:

Lord Cole, Chairman.

Mr. I. A. Morrow, Deputy Chairman and Managing Director.

Dr. S. G. Hooker, Technical Director.

Sir William Cook, Technical Consultant.

Mr. G. Richardson.

Sir Charles Elworthy.

Sir St. John Elstub.

Sir Arnold Weinstock.

Directors receive no fee for their services. The chairman of the board is receiving a salary of £15,000; other directors with executive positions in the company are receiving salaries within the following ranges:

£12,501–£15,000 1
£22,501–£25,000 1
