§ Mr. Maurice MacmillanBlacking action by members of the Transport and General Workers' Union against certain employers has been the subject of orders by the National Industrial Relations Court and the union has appealed to the Court of Appeal against them. I have not entered into consultation with the union or employers about these particular instances, though the general question of the stuffing and stripping of containers was included in my discussions about the national dispute.
