§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Minister of State for Defence if he will arrange for advanced warning to be given, wherever and whenever reasonably possible so to do, of low-flying training aircraft of military aircraft over Great Britain.
§ Lord LambtonFor various reasons it would not be practicable to give advance warning of flights undertaken as part of our general and continuing programme of low-level flying training. However, we have recently made improvements in the procedure for giving advance notification of special exercises involving an unusual concentration or pattern of low-level flying.
