§ 40. Mr. Pardoeasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what discussions he has had with interested parties as to whether the present price-fixing practices, concerning the Channel ferry operators, is contrary to the European Economic Community competition 7W policy as laid down in Articles 85 and 86 of the Rome Treaty.
