§ LORD WADEasked Her Majesty's Government:
Whether in the event of the functions of the Public Trustee Office being merged with those of the Official Solicitor's Office the services of lady visitors will be provided by the Official Solicitor's Office similar to those now provided by the Public Trustee.
THE LORD CHANCELLORSo long as the services to which the noble Lord refers are needed by the beneficiaries, those services will be provided.
