§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Lord President of the Council whether, if Great Britain enters the Common Market, Members of Parliament will be able to ask Parliamentary Questions on Ministers' day-to-day responsibilities, including their activities and actions in Brussels or any of the countries of the Ten on exactly the same basis as at present.
