§ Mr. NobleThe 1969 Amendments to the 1954 Oil Pollution Convention, if enforced internationally, would largely eliminate such pollution. We are making two of the nine expert studies for the international Conference on Marine Pollution which will be held in London next year, and which should secure further agreements.
