§ 42. Mr. Clinton Davisasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will specify the grounds on which he formed the view, which he represented to the National Industrial Relations Court, in the case of the Secretary of State for Employment versus Associated Steam Locomotive Engineers and Firemen and 70W others, that there were reasons for doubting whether the workers who were taking part were doing so in accordance with their wishes.

§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Employment whether he is now able to give the date when he will be able to state the total inclusive costs to the Exchequer of all items of expenditure involved in resolving the industrial dispute affecting the railways, including legal costs of the National Industrial Relations Court, printing and the ballot.
