§ Mr. Chichester-Clarkasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will list the sites formerly owned by the Land Commission which are still in his possession; for how many of them firm negotiations are currently in progress, and which they are; and by what date he now expects to have disposed of all the land.

- Coulby Newham, Teesside
The remaining sites are as follows, and I hope that most of these will be disposed of before the end of the year:
