§ Mr. BryanThe Equal Pay Act provides for the equalisation of terms and conditions of employment including any on education and training, for men and women engaged on the same or broadly similar work. The Act does not come into force until 1975 and it is therefore too early to assess its effects on employment matters, but I expect it to lead to more flexible attitudes.
