§ Sir J. EdenInformation on coal stocks is shown on the Weekly Statistical Statements issued by the Department of Trade and Industry and available in the Library of the House. The returns for the latest statement show that total stocks at power stations—including Scotland—were 5.4 million tons on 19th February, 1972. There has been a further small reduction since then.
