§ Mr. Anthony RoyleThe meeting of the Senior Environmental Advisers of the Economic Commission for Europe has been postponed pending agreement on terms under which the German Democratic Republic, which is not a member of the Commission, might participate. The possibility of holding a meeting in Belgrade rather than in Geneva, the seat of the Economic Commission for Europe, is one aspect still under discussion. We very much hope that agreement will shortly be reached.
