Mr. Russell Kerrasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, having now had over three months to study the book by David Yallop concerning Derek Bentley, entitled To Encourage the Others, a copy of which is in his possession, he will now recommend the grant to him of a posthumous pardon in the light of the facts set out in the book and the representations made to him by hon. Members.
