Mr. Ian Lloydasked the Secretary of State for Employment whether he will introduce legislation to ensure that in future industrial disputes, deliberate interference with the supply of raw materials, fuel and other essential goods or services required by industries not directly involved in that dispute shall, where such interference is designed to damage the economic interests of those not party to the dispute, be a criminal offence.
