§ Mr. Spearingasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what recent discussions or consultations he has had with representative bodies of employers 223W and employees in road transport services concerning the implementation of Regulation 1463/70 of the European Economic Community which requires the installation of automatic recording equipment in the cabs of lorries.
