§ Mr. Gordon CampbellComprehensive surveys of remaining dereliction are not at present available for all local authority areas in Scotland. While progress generally has been good, I should like to speed it up; and I have this week invited all Scottish local authorities to submit five-year programmes of clearance, based on the best survey information available to them.
