asked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) what changes have been made since 1st July, 1970, in the expected completion date for the dualling of the A30 between Exeter and Okehampton;

(2) what changes have been made since 1st July, 1970, in the expected completion date for the improvement of the A30 between Okehampton and Launceston to the 70 mile-per-hour standard.
