§ Mr. Dudley SmithThe Government have already taken extensive measures to stimulate the economy and many of these measures have been directed to the West of Scotland Special Development Area of which Paisley is a part. I am 173W confident that, given time, these measures will lead to an improvement in the unemployment situation in Paisley.
