§ The Prime MinisterYes, although the main responsibility for the provision of training opportunities in the machine tool industry rests with the Department of Employment. Those seeking training in the machine tool industry in the West Midlands and elsewhere will stand to benefit from the massive expansion of training facilities which my right hon. Friend announced on Tuesday.
