§ Mr. DeanDuring the week ending 25th January the average weekly payment for strikers wins £3.09 and for strikers' families £7.09. The total amount paid out from the beginning of the dispute to 25th January was £3,070 for strikers themselves and £1,018,888 for strikers' families—a total of £1,021,958.
