§ Mr. Eldon GriffithsI have had very useful meetings with the National Anglers' Council and the Anglers' Co-operative Association. As a result we have agreed to retain unchanged the common law right to seek damages. This has been warmly warmly welcomed by the anglers. I will send my hon. Friend copies of my recent correspondence with the ACA.
