§ Mr. Peter ThomasThe trunk road system is kept under continuous review by my Department and a working party is considering the need for a second bypass of Newport. A land use/transportation study commissioned by Monmouthshire County Council for the county has recently been completed and I understand the consultants' final report is expected shortly.
