2. Mr. GwynoroJones asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will make a statement on the primary school building programme for Wales.
§ Mr. Peter ThomasI have announced allocation of over £24 million for the five-year period up to 1976–77, for the improvement or replacement of substandard, pre-1903, primary schools. During the same period a further £12 million is likely to be allocated for additional primary school places in areas where the school population is increasing.
