§ Mr. AmeryThe Premier of Quebec came to this country to fulfil business engagements on behalf of the Government of Quebec. My right hon. Friend was pleased to have the opportunity of a talk with Mr. Bourassa when he called on my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister at No. 10 Downing Street.
Mr. Bourassawas also the guest of honour at a lunch given by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office at which my noble Friend Lady Tweedsmuir was host.
