Mr. David Steel

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) if he will list the expenditure incurred by each Scottish local authority on education as a percentage of total expenditure for 1969, 1970 and 1971;

(2) if he will list the expenditure incurred by each Scottish local authority on social work as a percentage of total expenditure for 1969, 1970 and 1971.
