§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether, in view of the information sent to him by the hon. Member for West Ham, North, concerning a constituent, a disabled person with a wife and three children and an expected fourth child, he will cause an investigation to be held to establish whether this person is receiving all the benefits to which he is entitled.
