§ Mr. Kilfedderasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether, as he did with the Green Paper on the future of Northern Ireland, it is his intention to supply a copy of the White Paper to the Prime Minister of Eire and the Eire Ambassador in London, before copies are made available to hon. Members, or released to the general public in Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
