§ Mr. Greenasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will make a statement on the policy pursued by the Development Corporation for the Central Lancashire New Town in their purchase of land for communal use.
§ Mr. AmeryI shall expect the corporation to make full and early use of its powers of land purchase, including compulsory purchase when it thinks it necessary.
