§ Mr. Peter ThomasI have now considered my inspector's report on the public local inquiry into objections to Cardiff City Council's proposals for the redevelopment of the central area. My Department has today, in accordance with 449W the statutory development plan procedures, written to the city council enclosing a draft list of proposed modifications for its consideration and inviting the council's representatives to discuss the proposals. In the light of those discussions I will in due course ask the council to publish a list of proposed modifications, and there will then be a full opportunity for representations about them to be made to me.
