§ Mr. EmeryA survey involving the information requested does not exist; as such it would be costly to compile, necessarily incomplete, would compare dissimilar factors and be extremely difficult to interpret. Returns on planned future investment will depend, in the case of the nationalised fuel industries, upon a number of factors including the financial objectives which will be determined by the Government of the day.
