§ Mr. Greville Jannerasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he will issue a direction or take other steps as may be necessary to enable unsuccessful applicants for constant attendance allowance to be represented before the Attendance Allowance Board when their cases are reviewed.
§ Mr. DeanNo. The Attendance Allowance Board regulates its own procedures, and my right hon. Friend is satisfied that it should continue to do so.
