§ Mr. William Hannanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he is aware of the increasing vehicular traffic using the road from Hill foot, Dunbartonshire, to join the A879 road at the T junction with Balmore Road at Allander Toll; what future plans there are for this site; and if he will consult the local authorities involved with a view to effecting an immediate improvement.
