§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, in future, when collating details of fines imposed and collected at magistrates' courts, assizes and quarter sessions, he will take such action as may be necessary to ensure that details of the amounts of fines for which the time for payment has expired and which were still outstanding for any stated period are made available.
