§ Q18. Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Prime Minister if he will make a statement on the communication dated 23rd March making suggestions as to how Members of Parliament may receive speedier reply from Ministers to their correspondence.
§ The Prime MinisterI have told the hon. Member that I do not accept his criticisms of the handling of his correspondence by Ministers. He will by now have received a reply from my noble Friend the Under-Secretary of State for Trade and Industry on the particular matter which he raised with me.
