§ 41. Mr. Walter Johnsonasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if the Government will give financial support to industry to enable it to install effluent treatment plant designed substantially to cut down the level of dumping of toxic waste.
§ Mr. ChatawayUnder the Budget proposals all plant will be eligible for free depreciation and in assisted areas will attract grants as well.
