§ Mr. PeytonNone, but part of the garden of No. 80 Archway Road is in a compulsory purchase order made by the Greater London Council and confirmed by the Minister of Transport in September, 1969. This followed a public inquiry at which the owner was present and professionally represented. Beyond that, the acquisition is entirely a matter for the Greater London Council.
