§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Prime Minister whether he will seek to raise the question of the future of the European Parliament at the forthcoming summit conference of European Economic Community member countries and applicants on the basis that such a European Parliament shall be democratically elected and have powers not less favourable than those of the British Parliament in Westminster.
