Mr. Roy Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he has now decided to seek powers to extend the 75 per cent. home improvement grants beyond 23rd June, 1973, so that builders may plan their labour requirements accordingly and to assist the long-term need for housing modernisation in Wales.
