Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Prime Minister whether he will, during 1971, seek the opportunity to visit the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and discuss with the Soviet Government matters pertaining to Soviet espionage in the United Kingdom and the treatment of Jews in the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
§ The Prime MinisterOur concern about these matters is already well known to the Soviet authorities. I have no plans to visit the Soviet Union this year.
