Mr. McElhone

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what steps he is taking in regard to the delay in building the health centre in Glasgow, Gorbals.

Working drawings have now been completed and tenders will be invited in the early weeks of next year. Building is expected to start in the late spring and will take approximately 18 months.
